Summer release date set for An Inconvenient Sequel: Speaking Truth to Power

According to film-industry mainstay Variety, a July 28 summer release date has been set for An Inconvenient Sequel:  Speaking Truth to Power.

Al Gore’s ten-year update of his orginal hit global warming documentary An Inconvenient Truth received positive reviews at this month’s Sundance Festival preview.

The new film was introduced by festival founder and longtime environmentalist Robert Redford.

Where Gore’s original documentary focussed on science of dangerous global warming, the ten-year update branches out into global warming solutions.
